It’s been happening more and more these days. We’re walking through life as if we’re a project that needs constant management. Self-help books, endless subscriptions to apps and podcasts that help us ‘optimize’ our life and fix the flaws in us before we can finally be happy.

But how often do we stop and think; isn’t the very idea that we are somehow broken by default the think holding us back most often?
